We are glad to welcome you to the youth exchange ''New Opportunities for Youth'' and looking forward to meet you in Croatia. The organizers of project "TERRA SLAVONICA" is organization which gather primarily young and enthusiastic people who work in the field of environmental protection. Our goals are: conservation and protection of the environment asfundamental values of society , strengthening the role of the public in nature conservation and protection of the environment , strengthening responsibility and engagement of citizens in terms of environmental protection , increasing use of renewable natural resources , and improving the use of resources through sustainabledevelopment, to encourage development of organic agriculture and production of local products , encouraging economic activity on the principle of sustainable development ,the development and promotion of tourism , promotion and popularization of healthy lifestyle and quality of life , and the development of projects to improve the quality oflife , advocating for the well-being of citizens on the basis of equality , participation in local and regional government , development and implementation of educationalprograms .

This project is aimed at improvement of young people toward employability and entrepreneurship by providing participants with knowledge and skills necessary toassure self management, to enhance their competitiveness and thereby encourage social inclusion.

The project's objectives are:

  • To achieve a general common understanding about the concept of employability
  • Promoting sense of initiative and entrepreneurship as a proper mean to tackle youth
  • unemployment

  • Creating a network of youngsters interested into entrepreneurship
  • To get to know how to use the European Programs and funds available in order to
  • support youth employability

  • Promoting intercultural dialogue within the participants' group
